API Units normalise every EWOX request into a single number you can manage. A simple data retrieval costs 1 unit. A Principal Chamber briefing costs 5,000. Your plan allocation covers your expected workflow. Overage is always authorised before it runs.
A Custom Indices subscriber at €6,500/month who runs 500 Custom Index Bootstrap calls in a month consumes up to €2,500 in additional AI API costs — meaningfully eroding margin. Without metering, that is a loss-making account.
The metered model protects EWOX's margin and protects you from bill shock. Soft stops require your authorisation before any overage is incurred. No surprises at month end.

Participants who accumulate 10,000 EcoDrop or more may elect warrant conversion under a signed Revenue Share Agreement. Warrants vest over 12 months and are exercisable within 5 years at the strike price set on conversion date.
