Only member-triggered inference events consume allowance. Platform-side compute — discovery sweeps, index recomputes, SSE corpus scans, mail dispatch — is never metered against you.

Pack credits outlive the month — the allowance doesn't. Monthly tier allowances reset on your billing date; pack credits roll over 12 months from purchase (starter: 6). Consumption order protects you: the monthly allowance is always burned first — packs sit in reserve until the ceiling is hit, and multiple packs stack FIFO by purchase date. A pack bought mid-month is never diluted.
